Many clients have come to me after acute rehabilitation to continue their progress. Others have unresolved pain and mobility issues, and others just want to improve functional mobility, strength, balance, and lifestyle.
There are many paths to healing, depending on individual needs (both physical and psychological), preferences, abilities, and finances. As a holistic Occupational Therapist with over 40 years of experience, I have incorporated a rehabilitation background, both psychiatric and physical, with my passion for wellness.
My wellness practice utilizes Pilates, Yoga, Melt, therapeutic exercise, and life coaching.
In 2021, I will be adding a new path which involves home visits to increase functionality and safety in the home environment.
